Tuna bottarga that can range from intense yellow to amber red colour. It has a salty taste that brings the sea to mind. Produced with traditional techniques from salted dried tuna eggs. The ideal accompaniment for appetizers, pasta, main courses and salads. Shelf life: 24 months from the production date. Store in a cool, dry place.
