Chutney Mango e Pepe rosa (Mango and Pink Pepper Chutney)
Mango and Pink Pepper Chutney is made with diced and puréed mango and pink pepper. With its refined combination of sweetness and acidity, chutney is a very versatile sauce originating in India. Characterised by its sweet and sour flavour and jam-like consistency, it is prepared with fruit or vegetables, vinegar, sugar and spices. Such a versatile sauce is ideal with meat and fish tartare and with delicious sandwiches. It is also excellent with boiled or grilled meat. It is recommended with cooked and raw fish, especially shellfish.
