Cipollissima – Cipollissima Onion sauce

Chutney made using fresh red onions mixed with orange pulp and fresh lemon zest. The sweet and sour flavour is provided by sugar and Italian organic honey with raisins. We add ginger to give a spicy note. Ideal with charcuterie platters, roasts and game as well as cheeses.
