Semi-finished mix, egg yellow in colour with a lemon zest fragrance, for quick preparation of the typical Spanish pudding. No cooking is required. Just add fresh cream and milk to the powder and follow the directions. Then place in the refrigerator. Add sugar and caramelise before serving.
