Sauce made with fresh leeks cut into rounds, cooked with extra-virgin olive oil, butter and salt. Perfect for risottos and meat recipes, a small quantity of the product is enough to give an intense flavour to your dish. Ideal on pizza, bruschetta and sandwiches or on quiches.
