Lambrusco Grasparossa DOC dry wine
Dry sparkling DOC wine, obtained from the medium-vigour, spur-pruned red berry vine of the same name. The berry has a thick skin and a medium-juiciness, sweet and slightly acidulous pulp. Ruby red in colour with violet reflections and an evanescent fizziness, this Lambrusco has an intense, fruity, fragrant, complex and aromatic grape fragrance. It has pleasant, aromatic, fruity flavour features, a balanced acidity and a good structure.
