Olive nere al forno denocciolate (Pitted Oven-Dried Black Olives)
Carefully selected black olives, pitted and slowly dried in the oven with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. Vibrant black in colour and rich in flavour, their intense aroma is reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrub.
