Dense, creamy paste made only from toasted pistachios ground until creamy. High yield, very easy to use. Neutral recipe. Excellent to flavour semifreddos, tiramisù, creams and baked goods. Recommended for milkshakes or to make gelato. Slightly diluted, it is a perfect sauce to accompany meat and fish dishes or on gourmet pizzas.
