Pesto alla genovese - Genovese pesto sauce
Traditional Ligurian recipe with Basil PDO, grown and processed in Liguria, with the addition of Parmigiano Reggiano PDO and Pecorinino romano PDO cheeses. Recommended as a condiment for pasta and salads. Delicious on pizza, bruschetta and sandwiches.
