A special condiment prepared with fresh diced tomato, fresh vegetables mirepoix, aromatic herbs and oil. It is the starting sauce for many different recipes, ideal for pasta dishes, ragout sauces, delicious on crostini. Pomodorina can be used for gourmet pizza, to make stew or a dipping sauce.
