Powder mix for a soft delicate yogurt cake. Pour the content into a food mixer bowl with the whisk, add 100 g of oil or soft butter and 4 eggs, mix it for 4 minutes at the highest speed. Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30/35 minutes. Ideal for preparing the classic yogurt cake, to fill or aromatise as desired.
