“Margherita” cake mix. Easy to make: pour the contents of the packet into a food mixer bowl with 4 eggs (200 g) and 150 g of water. Mix for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin with the diameter of 26/28 cm. Bake at: 160°C for 45 minutes. Ideal neutral cake base for preparing typical Italian cakes and sweets: cakes with fruit decorations, apple cakes, zuccotto, etc.
