Turkey meat strips

The original version of the more famous Pulled Pork, Menù’s Pulled Turkey makes use of free-range turkey meat. Turkey thighs and wings are marinated with a blend of spices and cooked slowly. Vacuum cooking allows the meat to be cooked in its own juices, thus remaining succulently tender and retaining its intense aromas and rich flavour. Excellent as a filling for hamburgers, sandwiches, tortillas, bruschetta and as a second course.


For best results, bake the pulled turkey in the oven, in its juices, at 200°C for about 15 minutes, until golden brown, then shred together with the juices and serve.
