A balanced blend of salt and spices: sea salt, paprika flakes, spices (paprika, pepper, cumin, chilli pepper and caraway), vegetables (garlic and onion) and herbs (parsley and thyme). Its strong pepper and chilli flavour is softened by an aromatic hint of cumin and garlic. Grill Mexico is the ideal seasoning to flavour and marinate various meat dishes such as pork, beef and poultry. We recommend massaging the meat with the seasoning before grilling or frying, or mixing Grill Mexico with oil and marinating the meat for at least 2 hours.
