Sliced salmon (Salmo Salar) farmed in Scotland, processed fresh in Italy and vacuum sealed. The salmon is dry-salted using fine salt and cold-smoked naturally, using beech wood without any further flavourings or additives. Excellent as an appetiser and on gourmet pizzas and sandwiches.
