Sauce made of almonds partly toasted and chopped and partly thinly sliced, with a delicate taste. The butter and olive oil in the recipe make it smooth and creamy. An ideal accompaniment for white meats, excellent as a filling for fish ravioli or to spread on a fish fillet to gratin in the oven. Recommended for pasta but also on desserts. The product can be toasted lightly to accentuate its taste.
