Sweet and sour chutney made from diced Williams pears harvested during the season. The delicious taste of the pears is combined with shaved fresh ginger to make this sauce slightly spicy and aromatic. An ideal accompaniment for aged cheeses (Grana Padano, Pecorino, Montasio) as well as soft cheeses such as Ricotta and Mascarpone.
