Salsa peperoni e arancia (Pepper and orange sauce)
Sauce made with fresh peppers and orange zest. The peppers are harvested at the peak of the season, diced and browned to accentuate their sweetness. The orange peel gives a delicate citrus note. Excellent with grilled meat cheeses, on sandwiches, piadina and fries.
