Saporitore alle vongole - Clam Stock

Description

Granular stock with glutamate, vegetable fat, clams and vegetables. Recommended for any dish with clams, mussels and crustaceans. It accentuates and improves the typical flavour of the shellfish. Dosage is 22 g per litre of water.
