Powder mix for preparing a neutral base for delicious fruit sorbets. The neutral base is particularly handy as can be used as a basis for different flavoured sorbets in a single ice-cream machine; the sorbets may be customised using the various Menù coulis, thus obtaining different flavours both simply and quickly. To prepare the sorbet, add 2.5 l of water per packet of powder mix (1000 g), stir thoroughly with a whisk and pour into the ice-cream machine. Upon achieving the desired consistency, remove and add the Menù fruit coulis. Alternatively, add 2 top-down bottles of coulis directly in the ice-cream machine.
One packet will make 50 flûtes with 10 cl of sorbet each.
