Tapenade is a sauce native to Provence made up mainly of olives with capers and anchovies. Menù’s Tapenade sauce is made from Leccino olives, cut rustically for added taste, which give it a particular, intense flavour. Tapenade is ideal with meat and fish dishes, as well as on crostini and pizza. It is also recommended as a condiment for first courses, particularly pasta and rice salads in summertime.
