Timo Liofilizzato (Thyme freeze-dried)
Thyme is a classic kitchen herb and is perfect suitable for seasoning meat and casserole dishes (for example for pork, beef, lamb or game). Due to its intense taste, it should be (e.g fish, chicken, veal and turkey) used very carefully. Gives an aromatic spicy-note to vegetable dishes (for example aubergines, peppers or courgette), mushrooms as well as pulse and potatoes.
