For 40 servings

Mix the Neutral Milkshake base with the whole milk with a whisk. Pour the resulting mixture into the bell of the GTPush or SP1 Brushless sorbet maker and let it whip. Once whipped, remove part of the mixture, mix it with the Pistachio Paste and put it back into the bowl. Serve, decorating with chopped pistachios.
