80 g Montasio Cheese

20 g Mixed Salad

50 g Culatello-Pork ham

Drain Èfungomix. Meanwhile thinly slice the pork loin and  the Montasio cheese using a slicer..On a plate  make a bed of the mixed salad and arrange the mushrooms, cheese and Culatello slices on top of it.
