Dosi per 12 Hamburger

1. Macinare la carne.
2. Impastare la carne con il Sugo alla Zingara,  le olive a rondelle, Fiokki di patate e mezza manciata di origano.
3. Suddividere l’impasto in porzioni da 100 - 120 g e creare gli hamburger con l’apposita macchina.
