1000 g Macinato fine

1. Macinare la carne.

2. Impastare la carne con le cimette di rapa piccantine leggermente sminuzzate a coltello, la crema ai formaggi ed il fiokki di patate.

3. Suddividere l’impasto in porzioni da 100 - 120 g e creare gli hamburger con l’apposita macchina.
