q.b. Prezzemolo liofilizzato - 1273

300 g macinato misto

30 g Parmigiano grattugiato

q.b. sale e pepe

30 g (tritata) Provola affumicata cubetto

DOSI PER N° 4 HAMBURGER

1. Macinare la carne.
2. Impastare la carne con la crema di peperoni, la scamorza affumicata, il Parmigiano Reggiano, i Fiokki, il sale ed il pepe.
3. Suddividere l’impasto in porzioni da 100 - 120 g e creare gli hamburger con l’apposita macchina.
