300 g macinato di manzo

30 g mozzarella tritata

DOSI PER N° 4 HAMBURGER

1. Macinare la carne.
2. Impastare la carne con i Soleggiati e le olive leggermente tritati a coltello, la mozzarella,  l’origano, i Fiokki, il sale ed il pepe
3. Suddividere l’impasto in porzioni da 100 - 120 g e creare gli hamburger con l’apposita macchina.
