Tower of Caprese with Mezzoro Tomatoes

18 Fresh basil leaves

6 Buffalo Mozzarella

Serve 6

Drain the mezzoro tomatoes and dry them carefully, cut the buffalo mozzarella into slices. Arrange the ingredients on a plate alternating a slice of mozzarella with  one of tomatoes  and one basil leaf to form a tower, then block them with a skewer. Season with extra virgin olive oil.
