40 g Cetriolini all’aceto - Pickled Baby Gherkins - T13
100 g Sliced rye bread for sandwiches
Gentile lettuce
Serves 1
Heat the bread on the griddle. Slice the Pastrami and make up each layer of the sandwich with Pastrami, sliced gherkins, Gentile lettuce and mustard. Serve.
