40 g. Spaccatelli di carciofo “freschezza” all’olio di semi - “Freschezza” artichoke quarters in sunflower seed oil - HA3

Other Ingredients

70 g. Mozzarella Cheese

q.s. Parsley

On the pizza in P.A.L.A. base spread the mozzarella cheese, the pancetta,  the Artichokes  quarters and bake at  230˚C for 6-7 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with the Pecorino cheese sauce and parsley.
