35 g Scamorza cheese diced

35 g Mozzarella

Top the peel pizza with some mozzarella, smoked Scamorza cheese and Èfriarielli turnip tops. Cook in the oven. When cooked, add the ‘Nduja sauce and garnish with some mixed sprouts. Serve.
