15 ml. Milk

30 g. Cured Pancetta

40 g. Ricotta cheese

60 g. Mozzarella cheese

q.s. Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

n° 1 Pizza dough

Roll out the pzza dough and spread on it the Sage Cream diluited with the milk, the mozzarella and ricotta cheese, the pancetta and grated parmigiano reggiano. Bake in the oven and serve hot.
