Fresh Treviso radicchio
Spread the red radicchio sauce over the dough,
distribute the mozzarella and the ham. Add the Grancrema parmigiano reggiano.
Cook in the oven and after removing add a few drops of balsamic vinegar glaze
and, if you like, a few leaves of Treviso radicchio as a decoration.
