Pizza with Porcinfinito, Gransalsa leek sauce and Cooked smoked jowl bacon

Makes 1 pizza

Spread the Gransalsa leek sauce on the pizza base. Add the mozzarella, the Porcinfinito sliced Porcini mushrooms and the jowl bacon cut into strips, then bake. Once cooked, garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
