n°1 Pizza Dough

35 g. Mozzarella Cheese

60 g. Burrata Cheese

Roll out the pizza dough, add  the mozzarella cheese and  bake it. When cooked, add the Burrata cheese, the Soleggiati tomatoes and the Anchovy fillets.


Substitute the pizza dough with a gluten free version.
