Pizza porcini mushrooms, speck and truffle

Roll out the pizza dough, add  the mozzarella cheese, the Porcini Mushrooms sauce and  bake it.  When cooked add the slices of speck and the Truffle Cream sauce, finish with a drizzle of Evoo.
