Pizza with endive, peppers and sausages

n° 1 Pizza Dough

80 g. Mozzarella cheese

q.s. Parsley

40 g. Sausages*

Roll out the pizza dough, add  the mozzarella cheese , the Endive, the sausages and Peperonepronto than  bake it.  When cooked sprinkle some chopped parsley.
Using the Gluten Free Menu Mix for Pizza and Bread for the dough and replacing the sausage * with  a  product "gluten free"  writtten on the label, this preparation becomes GLUTEN FREE
