Per 1 porzione (utilizzare le Cazuele per Crema Catalana Menù).

Salare il macinato, stenderlo nella cazuela e farcire con il formaggio Bruschetta..Mia aggiungendo a piacere l’ingrediente Menù per la farcitura. Cuocere in forno caldo per 4/5 minuti a 180°C.
