Scaldare il saltimbocca in forno a 200° per 3 minuti circa. Tagliarlo a metà e farcirlo con lattuga, pulled pork gratinato in forno e cavolo viola pronto. Ultimare aggiungendo la salsa di peperoni e arancia.
